I was proud to sell 24 homes in 2023 and help clients secure more than $189,000 in down payment assistance and grant programs along the way.
As an active investor myself, I have experience helping other people grow their real estate portfolio by capitalizing on creative financing opportunities such as seller-financing, subject-to, contract for deed, and assumable mortgages.
Lastly, I am one of about 100 agents in Minnesota that is “Old Home Certified” through Rethos. This gives me extensive knowledge and background on the intricacies of buying, selling, and renovating old homes, which represent a majority of the Twin Cities house stock.
