About the Program

At Rize Realty we’ve created an elevated selling experience. We understand that listing your home can leave you feeling limited, frustrated and overwhelmed. That’s why we created the Rize Listing Refresh. Our goal is to take care of the projects you don’t want to do, make your house standout from the competition, and maximize your proceeds. Sellers don’t have to lift a finger while we take care of making your house shine.

The Cost

We front all the costs so that there are no out of pocket expenses for your clients.

Our Process

Step 1


Initial Rize Listing Refresh Consultation (ideally 30-45 days prior to list date)

Step 2

Report & Proposal

Option 1: The RLR team completes the projects
Option 2: Homeowner completes the projects

Step 3


Work completed as close to list date as possible (1-2 weeks prior). If Rize does the work, the cost is deferred to the closing

Step 4


The final touch is to bring in furniture & accessories to make your home shine!

Step 5


Custom marketing plan to include: professional photos, custom website, and listing on the MLS.
