Hello! My name is Emily LaJoy and I am the property manager for the Rize Fund, a local Real Estate investment group. 

I was born and raised in Shakopee, Minnesota and am so grateful for the opportunity to service housing in my home state. I am responsible for maintaining positive relationships with both tenants and rental owners, initiating and dispatching work order requests to contractors, following up on tenant requests, as well as the receivable and payable functions of each property, including bookkeeping, and maintaining lease data. My job is to be organized, detail-oriented, be an effective problem-solver and stay calm under pressure. I am well-versed with relevant laws and regulations in Fair Housing, preparing properties for market, and pride myself on staying up to date on the latest market trends.
