I was so confident in Chris and his integrity that I knew any advice given was good advice. His negotiation skills are top notch! His confidence is sky high, yet he has such a humble and attentive presence. His communication with me was so good I was never left wondering or confused. A realtor who won’t lead you into a bad deal for their gain is rare but I found that in Chris. When I was initially thinking about buying my first home, I went to Chris because I knew, by his reputation in the community, that he was going to do everything he could to make sure I found a home that was right for me. Chris was awesome to work with! He is very available via call, text, and email and also very available to go on tours. He listened to all my preferences and anxieties! On house tours he was very knowledgeable about what would be in need of repair and the construction quality of the home. I found my house when he sent me a cute house that was more expensive than my price range at the time. Then we toured it and I loved it and it ended up working out! He negotiated really well and got part of my closing costs paid by the seller and got the furnace fixed before I moved in. Thank you Chris!
